Mullingar Badminton ClubWith some ninety members, our active Badminton Club offers a busy programme for Senior and Junior members.  New Members always welcome.  Coaching available for those interested.

Mondays and Wednesdays are Club nights with Tuesdays and Thursdays reserved for Match nights.  Our Seniors compete in the Dublin League, Meath League, South West Leinster League and the Midland League.

Friday is reserved for Juniors starting with Beginners at 6.30pm, Improvers at 7.30pm and more experienced players at 8.30pm.

Mary O'DonovanMeet Mary O’Donovan who takes care of our coaching.  Mary, who is also an accomplished tennis player, is an experienced coach who is fully qualified and registered with the Badminton Union of Ireland and the Badminton World Federation.

In addition to group coaching sessions Mary is also available for one on one individual coaching as well as school group coaching sessions.

Piros the reigning Australian Open Junior champion proved too strong for Simon Carr today taking the match in straight sets 6-0 6-4. However he didn't have it all his way as Carr twice broke the Piros serve before the Hungarian eventually tied up the match.
